Criterion Hospitality now runs the old St Giles London Hotel as the STG Hotel Oxford Street, filling the Brutalist block between Bedford Avenue and Tottenham Court Road. At pavement level in that same block, 262 Tottenham Court Road, sits Grosvenor Casino St Giles; the hotel’s own wording for it is “next door”. Tottenham Court Road station and the Elizabeth line are two minutes away.
