Gunwharf Quays is a waterfront estate of shops, restaurants and bars on Portsmouth Harbour. The Holiday Inn Express stands on The Plaza inside it; Grosvenor Casino Portsmouth occupies the Central Square South Building a short walk across the site. Portsmouth Harbour station, with direct trains to London Waterloo, is beside the estate.
