Coventry’s arena is a stadium, an exhibition hall, a hotel and a casino in one complex off the A444, with Coventry Arena railway station next to it. The DoubleTree by Hilton has around 121 rooms, some looking onto the pitch, a restaurant, room service and a fitness centre, and charges £10 a day for self-parking.
Grosvenor Casino Coventry is “situated next door to the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel”, in the arena’s own words. The doors stay open 24 hours (closed on Christmas Day), tables deal from noon until 4 am and until 5 am on Fridays and Saturdays, and there is a poker room with cash games and tournaments. Casino staff validate the arena’s parking ticket.
